1/31 – Self portrait

2/31 – Busy
Day 2 of Photo a Day July 2012 finds me busy doing laundry. Again. Honestly, it is the neverending story in our house!
3/31 – Best part of your day
The best part of my day was hanging out with this little dude, just doing the do. It reminded me of the days we used to have when he was a preschooler and we’d just bod about together for the day. Except with more erudite conversation. Well, conversation about Pokemon instead of Ben 10, I think.
4/31 – Fun
My gorgeous nieces had a day trip from England to France. Doesn’t that sound like fun!
5/31 – On the floor
I thought this Photo a Day for July 2012 should be called “Murder on the Dance Floor”. Half a dozen eggs, kersplat on the floor. Organic free range eggs too (the only ones we buy) so that’s about $5 right there!
6/31 – Chair
We found this fab chair outside a Target store, where two little boys had a fun time after the horror of clothes shopping, before the excitement of the movies. Boys, if you don’t want new clothes, your only option is to stop growing!
7/31 – Garden
It was too gloomy to get a decent outdoor shot of my garden, so I plumped for a shot I’d taken in Bali in April. My garden does have frangipani and palms, but they don’t look like this at the moment!
8/31 – Lunch
On Sunday, we went for a little adventure to Centennial Park to feed the ducks, followed by an ice cream. It was the only time I’d left the house for days after another nasty bout of sinusitis. Boyo is giving the ducks their lunch, with great gusto!
9/31 – Big
A big pile of clothes from my wardrobe cull to be passed on. I’m toying with the idea of a blog sale after a Twitter conversation with Redundant Mother.
10/31 – Favourite colour
This is my favourite colour combination at the moment – red and purple!
