15/31 – Ready
One of the many piles of washing that was ready to hang out this day. I was ready to hang out – on the sofa!

My food for that night was brown rice hand rolls and seaweed salad. Yummy!

I take tablets every day – the ones I took today included painkillers, preventatives, antibiotics, and various supplements.

This is a very cool shelf in my cooled refrigerator – the cocktail shelf!
