I’m a week in to Frocktober and it’s all going swimmingly so far. Rocking on with a frock on is so much fun! I think I’m going to be able to achieve my goal of wearing a different dress every day, plus I’ve set myself the further goal of blogging each day’s Frocktober adventures. I’m really hoping I’m going to achieve my fundraising goal too! More goals than the Rugby World Cup right here.
So, it’s time to kick it up a notch and add another layer of challenge to Frocktober.
Leona Week was so much fun earlier this year that I’ve decided to bring it back! Starting Monday 8 October, I’m challenging myself to wear a Leona Edmiston frock every day for a week as part of Frocktober.
I’m very lucky to have some lovely Leona Edmiston dresses in my wardrobe, as I’ve collected a few over the years from charity shops, vintage designer boutiques, including the Leona Edmiston Vintage Boutique. My birthday and Xmas money often seems to find its way to the Leona Edmiston Vintage Boutique too.
If your wardrobe is as lucky as mine, then I’d love for you to join me by wearing a Leona Edmiston piece and sharing the photographs on Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #KimbaLikesLeonaWeek
I’m really enjoying rocking my frock for Frocktober, and raising money for the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation.
You can check out my Everyday Hero Kimba Likes fundraising page, which tracks my efforts to reach my fundraising goal of $500. Thank you so much to the gorgeous and generous souls who have made a contribution. Love your work!
